i want to treat with high temp and salt, as i do with my cuchlids, is this ok to do with these fish? im new to these fish. also there are alot of babies in the tank.
should i use meds, or salt temp? plz lemme know asap!!!! i also want to put in neons, if i do it during treatment will they survive?

Copper-based medication will be more effective than salt. You could use temperature in conjunction with medication, just make sure you have plenty surface movement.

Don't add any fish until you have cured the illness in your tank, it will only exacerbate the problem.

BTT

I would use meds to be honest as whitespot is a fast killer.

ive added maradel coppersafe. i had no choice but to add the danios and neons or else they would have been flushed by friend, no one would take them  any ways coppersafe and temp is at 79, is that good or should i go higher, scared about ballon mollies and temp change.

Keep an eye on the neons as they can be very funny with parasite meds.
Have you increased aeration in the tank.

Agreed. Definitely increase aeration by agitating the surface of the water. Warmer water holds less oxygen and meds can make it difficult for the fish to use the oxygen in the water, so good oxygen levels are very important.

how should i? i use a waterfall filter, temps 79 and have a bubble wall......anything else cheap i could / do?

Turn your bubble wall up to max and leave it on overnight if you don't already. If you have a spare powerhead, put that in the tank too and move the surface of the water with the water coming from the outlet. :good:
