Ich Dang It

Hiya's,

Bit of advice on this dreaded ich

Anyone advise a specific make/name for a really fast clear up ??

Never had ich before so obviously never had to treat it, so any brands etc available in the uk that stick out or would any branded ich product do ?

Never been in there but there's a pets@home 10mins drive from me, or 20min drive to the hollybush just outside cannock (always get mine and other relatives fish from there)

Times like this i wished there was a 24/7 pet store

EDIT : Got some treatments from pets @ home, dosed and need to re-dose in four days

Only had whitespot in my tank once aswell. I used anti whitespot med by interpet.
Also the waterlife med is meant to be good.

Hit pets @ home at 10-30am (as they opened

Chatted to a customer getting some food for his fish

He'd had ich before and said the interpet #6 (anti whitespot) and said it worked wonders so that's what i grabbed

Also grabbed some anti-fungus/finrot just in case

Just keep checking and waiting now

Almost every trace of ich has gone

Will continue the dosage as/when needed

It's best to treat whitespot another week once spots have disappeared.
