Ich And Planaria

I recently noticed some planaria in my tank (5ish days ago) and just now I noticed white spots on my female mollies. I don't see any on the others, but of course the girls are black so that probably makes it a bit easier.

How should I treat this? I tossed out the meds I had bought when I first started out as they had no effect.

Temp: 78F
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: Just performed water change, don't have answer, but not enough to harm.

The only new thing I've been doing is feeding tubifex cubes; Could this have anything to do with it?

Need whitespot med.
Turn temp up to 30.
Increase aeration as the high temp and med reduce 02 in the water.
Remove black carbon if you use it.
The worms are brought on by over feeding, lack of maintance on the tank, and ammonia reading.

I guess the worms came from the cubes, those things are messy!

I went out and got the meds, but it looks like it's clearing up.

Should I still medicate?
