Slowly increase the temp of the tank, take it up to about 82 but make sure there's plenty of surface aggitation to keep plenty of oxygen in the water.
What treatment are you using?
If this is in the 15G I have to say that I think the way the tank is stocked could be compounding the problem, you have quite an odd mix of fish in there a number unsuitable for the tank size and several fish which should be in larger groups, all of which can lead to stress and poor water conditions making them more prone to illness.
