hi my saltwater fish have ich. what is the best way to treat as i have corals in the tank as well please help thanks

The reason why nobody has answered upto now is likely due to how difficult Ich is to treat in a reef system. There are no reliable cures for this infection that are reef safe, so you basically have four options, as lited below in order of preferance.

1) Remove all fish to a QT tank, and treat with copper/hyposalinity (low salt levels basically)... Keep the fish out of the display for 6 weeks or more where possible before returning them home.
2) Remove all fish to a bucket containing a fresh salt RO mix, airline and heater. Once every 24hours, move all the fish into a new bucket, with a new salt RO mix and sterilised equipment. Continue this for a week before returning to the main tank.
3) Daily freshwater dips for all affected fish
4) Sit back and allow the disease to run it's caurse

All the best

My mate as this problem with white spot and pop eye! finding it very very hard to fix this! worrying the hell outa him!!
Tho he has setup a q/t tank but its soo hard to catch the fish with all the live rock.

When I went rounding up all mine for the bucket method of treatment (that failed unfortunately  ) I had to strip the entire tank to get them all. It's a big job, but more or less the only way you are going to save the majority of the tank's inhabitants

Would whitespot and or pop eye kill the fish?

Eventually, yes  Some will fight off Whitespot, but most will not without help (treatment). I have never heard of a fish recovering from popeye once symptoms are showing though...
