I think its time to go BIG (from my frustratingly small Biorb) so please can you lovely people give me some advice?
There are so many tropical tanks out there, which are the best?
I want a rectangluar tank approx 70-80cm wide (no more than 80 though or it wont fit). Im not sure what literage that would give me, i want as much as i can have so i can have a big commnuity.
I want the quietest pump i can find as it will be in my V quiet living room
I need to get a stand for it so Id like the pump/ filtration etc to be external so i can put them in the stand (will this reduce the noise? aid ease of cleaning?)
It would be nice if it came with a good stand, although im a bit unimpressed with the stands ive seen so far, all a bit plasticy & black for me, id prefer a real wood one, so i might have to find something seperatly.
Ease of use is important to me, the biorb has been easy to look after, even tho its severly limiting me!
What should i look for in tank/filters/heaters etc?
Any advice / brands to aim for very gratefully recieved!
