I Think My Otto May Have Paracites!

I noticed tonight that one of my ottos has some sort of raised lump on him anal fin! He seems to be acting normal, good color, eating and everything. Could it be some type of external parasite?? I can't take a pic because my camera is crap and my good camera seems to be extremely broken, but its a little yellowish lump on his anal fin, about the size of a betta pellet. Any ideas on what it may be would be extremely helpful!! Tank stats
