I already posted this in the rare livebearer section but still havent gotten a response and im not sure if my question is urgent or not so here goes. I have 2 halfbeak pretty sure they are dermogenys pussilla (i know i spelled that wrong
) close enough. anyway the male is swimming below her and nudging at her belly every once in awhile constantly following her around, ive read this may be spawning or is she already pregnant? If she does give brith in a few weeks how can i care for the fry? IS daphnia the best? I know nothing when it comes to taking care of fry especially halfbeaks? please any advice?

The male is still demonstrating this behaviour....
