I think my ballon molly is prego.. but im not sure how far along she is.. I look at her and look at my other female and shes def bigger ... Im trying to put a pic but file to big :/

both are female, hard to tell with that breed... just don't feed for 3 days and if they stay the same they are, if not then they aren't...
i find that these kind of fish are always pregnet xD

yea i knew they were both female..thx tho..  i have other fish in the tank so i cant just stop feeding them lol :)  hmm well i guess i will keep her in the fry box for now and see if anything come in the next couple days ... ?!  sigh.....

it wont hurt her to stay in the fry box for a day or two to see if she does have babies ?? i made it myself and its about 8x8 its big..

I would strongly suggest not putting her in there, it may be big in terms of boxes, but it's still a very small space as far as the fish is concerned.

Do you have a male molly (whether balloon or not)? Has the female been in the same tank as a male in the last 6 months? If yes, then yes she is, and so is the other female.

And yes you can just stop feeding them, fish can go over a week without food with no ill effects.

well its bigger then the store bought fry boxes.. i do have a male balloon molly .. i just got them about 2 weeks ago but they were all in the same tank ..

they are livebearers as allot of people say its not getting them to breed its getting them not to breed

You live in a house or flat. It's a reasonable place to live, plenty of places to explore, plenty of rooms to go into. I would suspect that you would be somewhat stressed if you were locked up in your bathroom. Now, imagine if you were locked up in your kitchen. Your kitchen is a bit bigger than your bathroom, so you have a bit more room to move about in. But you would still be rather stressed, because you would know that you should be able to go into any area of the house that you liked. But you can't.

That is, more or less, how a fish feels when it is placed in a fry box. It is stressed.

well what do i do then when she is pregnant ? i want the fry to live.. not get eaten..
