I Set My New Tank Up Yesterday.

Hi, it depends what fish you plan to have, but 26-28 is fairly average. However few of my heaters actually produce the exact temp that it says on the heater dial, so you need to use an accurate thermometer to check what temp it is actually giving: ie I have one heater that is set on 22 but actually gives 26, so you may have to fiddle a bit til you get it right.
What fish are you planning on getting? its so much fun setting up a new tank.

i'm putting some of my guppy fry in and 2 baby plecos (my sister breeds plecz and she gave me 2) i think i'll buy a themometre today then i forgot 2 get 1 yesterday.

with gups and plecs i'd advise a tank temperature of about 24 to 25 degrees centigrade
