if they have lots of space to swim, then yes its okay, 1 inch of fish per gallon .

Only potential issue is the pleco: Do you know what kind of plec he is? Some will be just fine in that tank, but some of the common species will potentially get huge (15+ inches) and far outgrow the tank.
