But, do guppies eat plants?

I want to know before I move mine into my planted 29 gallon.
 
I think they will nibble on them.
 
oh well, i wont put them in it then.
 
I have lots of live plants in all my guppy tanks. They will not hurt the plant ... They Just nibble on them. It is also good for the guppies
 
don't worry they won't eat enough to effect you plants, i have mine in a planted tank
 
thats good to know. I do recall a few guppies eating a whole plant, but that is when they were little.
 
If you give them a bit of sallad or cucumber on occasion it will help limit their nibbling. When my swords get really hungry(Swordies are always a bit hungry) they will even start in on some algea, but never really hurt the plants that much.
