I Need Some Algea Buster Plants Fast!

Help! My tank is overrun with algea. They are growing all over my glass and my plants. How do I get rid of the algea. The only way I can think of getting rid of this type of algea is Algea buster plants. This type of algea doesnt cloud the water but I grows on everything eles.

Stem plants are a good idea because their leaves can absorb nutrients.
