I NEED HELP NOWWWWW!!!!!!

I know I posted this a few hours ago, but he has taken a turn for the worst. The puffer is still in the breeding trap. He has almost no energy and uses the tiny amount to try to make it to the top of the breeder. He falls on his head or lands on the bottom upside down. He won't eat anything now. Is there any food I can give him in my house that I can make into a liquid he can breathe in for energy till I can get to a petshop tomorrow? I can't test my water I have no more strips. The temp in the tank is at 79. It would be a huge miracle if he lives through the night without anything. The petstore who sold him to me lied to me completely about everything to do with dwarf puffers, not to mention they don't carry any live food at all! I am going so crazy and I have 18 month old twin girls who love him, and also make it hard for me to get out of the house in an emergency situation to run to another petshop. PLEASEEE HELLLLP MEEEEEE

Hes not low on callories, its the water chemestry, what kind of water is he in, can you do some water changes?

I can definately do a water change if I stop crying!!!!! The last time we did a water change the levels were all normal....what exactly should I do?

I'm not sure he can be saved, the shock might be to bad, He needsto be kept in clean wayrt ay a constant temperature.

HE DIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope someone can help me figure out why! I want to get another puffer and I don't want him to go through the same thing WOW did (my 18 month old twins named him)
