it is around 10 gallon and i think maybe 2 tablespoons were dropped in

By the sounds of it you were adding salt and picked the wrong product up, just do a water change maybe a gravel vac as it does sink to the bottom of the tank, and run some new black carbon, good luck, and put some new filter floss in to get the fine granules.

ive heard of people keeping their fish sweet, but thats going to extremes lol.
just do a 50% water change, vac, cleans filters, it should be ok.
