I Lost 4 Fish This Week Alone, In 2 Separate Tanks! Help

I lost 2 red belly piranhas this week. they were about 5 inches long, i had 9 of them in a tank now i have 7. They got this white stuff over their eyes, and were gone in 2 days. Separately, I have another tank where i lost a red tail cat, about 6 inches, and a 12 inch south american gar. the gar had this funky white fuzz all over his body. i dont want it to spread, i have a 16 inch wolf fish, a 14 inch silver arrowana and 2 tigerfish, that are about 7 inches each. please advise what medicine i should use. thank you, and please hurry, i have to medicate the tanks tomorrow!!!!

A little more info please... what sizes were the tanks?
What are all the tankmates of each tank?
What are your water params?
Can you get a picture?
Do you use ANY of the same equipment that the tanks share (like gravel vac)?

the piranha tank is a 55 gallon with some fake green plants and one piece of driftwood, and a pump to make currents similar to the amazon. i add at every water change some black water extract as well.

the other tank is a 90 gallon tank. it has a wolf fish and arrowana and 2 tiger fish. there are 3 pieces of driftwood as well.


yes i do use the same gravel washer for both, but have not done a water change in the piranha tank in a week or so. they got this eye thingy and died in 2 days. the other tank i did a 60 gallon water change after both fish died. i put "prime" in as well..thanks i do not have any pics.

If the fish has white fuzzy fluff on there bodies it columnaris.
