he also isnt eating any other foods i give him. goldfish flakes,tropical flakes , frozen bloodworm.

Mabye he dosn't like any of them, have you researched about your loach because he my be a herviboroe. This happened to my Betta once so I went to my LFS and asked what they origianly feed their betta's and I bought some. His eating happily now.

if it's your pakistani loach (also called yo-yo loaches) you should find them to be voracious eaters. my yo-yo's will eat everything I've ever stuck in the tank including flakes and algae discs. though their favorite has been mysis shrimp and bloodworms. in fact mine seem to be on the hunt for food basically 24x7
