Hi guys I have a 200l tank which contains 2 clown Loach, 3 pentazona barbs a neon and a group of approx 10 Platys (all of which have grown from fry) they are all breeding like mad and i have too many fry!! whats good for keeping the stock levels down! any particular fish that like to supplement their diet with Platy fry?

I dont have the heart to remove them myself and i dont have anywhere i can sell them to!

Suggestions?

I know for fact Kribs eat the fry as I didn't get my female guppie out of the tank fast enough and witness the kribs having their afternoon snack on newborn fry.

rehome the fry and either keep 2 females, or 2 males ( tho females can store sperm for up to 6 months) the fish shop dont generally give credit for livebearers, but at least youll be getting the space back :)

I get 10-20p for each 10 week old endler/guppy hybrids, I give to my LFS in store credit. They then charge £3 for them or £4.50 for the males that look most like endlers.
