I Have Neon Tetra Disease

my tank is 120 litres
ph 7
ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 0

the tank has been cycled and te fish in there for a month.

my neons have neon tetra disease they have all the symptoms
my question is what can i do to save my other fish
i have
10 neons
6 glowlights
6 black phantom tetras
10 pristella
4 bristlenose

i have lost about 10 neons, 4 black phantom, 2 bristlenose
how can i save the rest?

Are you sure it is neon tetra disease? I'm not sure but i heard that neon tetra disease only affects neon tetras. Your other fish should be ok.

Its probably false neon tetra disease. False neon tetra disease is more common and its bacterial so treat with an anti bacterial treatment. Treat quickly as it can spread very fast.

True neon tetra disease can be passed to other species, its parasitic.

NTD - Neon tetra disease

from my understanding
Other fish can catch this, but from Neon tetras is has to be passed other fish cant develop it, also its not possible to cure it so if you do have it do the best things and get rid of the fish
