Nope. The frog probably isn't going to eat flakes, but you should keep some around for the Guppy.
Get some frozen bloodworms for the frog. Don't get freeze-dried...it's not good for frogs. Get the frozen kind. The Guppies wil eat them, too, and LOVE them, but they shouldn't be a primary diet for the Guppies.
