I Have Babies! =)

My kids were looking at our tank today, when my 7 year old blurted out, "There is a baby fish in there!" I tokd him he was just seeing things, as I have had two mollies and 1 platy who from day to day look pregnant and then the next day they don't. ( I have tried puttingthem in a breader net and then a few days later they look "normal" size again.) Anyway back to the oringinal story........upon further inspection of my tank I discovered 2 fry!! The only problem is that I don't know if they are platy or molly fry! One of them is either yellow or white, and the other one looks to be black or a dark grey of sorts! I am excited !! Of course this is an excuse to get another tank!!!

congrats on the new babies, watch out i had a few mollies years ago now i have so many tanks its rediculous, i have just purchased another 180 ltr tank which im gonna set up this w/e for yet more fry

congrats it sounds like molly because they all ready have colour when there born as platy develop colour in 2-3+ weeks and are normaaly plain

congrats, if it os solid colour then its molly if its translucent its platy

MORE BABIES!!!!! After posting yesterday, I looked in my guppy tank, (which has only been set up for a few days) and guess what.......there were 9 fry in there! So all together I am the proud mommy of 11 little bitty babies!! My kids are almost as excited as I am!!
