I Have 8 Oz Of Water!

I made a simple auto doser and it spits out 8 oz of water. I have to add my ferts into this 8oz so mu guestion is can CSM +B , Potassium NitrAte and Potassium Sulkfate all be mixed up together?

Mm.. In the pass I have noticed the stuff does not dissolve well. Should i boil the water?
