i had a dream of dyed fish....and i bought them!

My tank is silent, apart from the fish splashing about. I can't sleep with any noise going on. Even clocks ticking.

Weird dream

I hate clocks ticking or water dripping (or doors slamming constantly because of a breeze ) but other noises don't usualy bother me. I've also seen a few bizzarre fishy dreams (like my house being flooded and my being able to breathe underwater swimming with all my fish) but I don't have a tank in my bedroom at present.

My worst dream was buying tons of high quality fingerling koi and then I dropped the bag and it popped like a water balloon I was grabbing cups out of the car and trying to save them all. It was a reacurring nightmare but now that I haven't been buying many koi it's stopped. I wonder if it will happen again if I start buying more koi..

I don't have a tank in the bedroom right now but have been thinking of moving one in there since my bf needs the white noise now because we slept in the living room all winter due to heating.

Ditto, Any noise when i am trying to sleep REALLY bugs me. I have to mess about with some of my tanks some nights to stop any vibrations... Got 5 tanks in my room to contend with. 3 of them stay silent always but the 50Gallon sometimes has problems when a loach trys to get behind the filter and moves it making it vibrate!
