I got an oscar!

I got my first oscar yesterday! Here are some shots. Oh, before I get asked... hes 4.5-5 inches.

BTW does he sulk or has he started swimming around right away?

Montyfish... When I put him in he went down to the back and sat there for like 5 min. I left him alone to acclimate. He came right out after that and has been swimming around. When I come up to the tank he comes right up to me. I watched him at the lfs for a while and he was very active. I watched him eat. When I took those pics, he was looking for the rest of the blood worms that had fallen to the bottom back there. And the one behind the log ... hes been checking out the roots of a plant thats back there lol. Hes quite active. Its fun to watch because hes very different from what I'm used to. (Discus, rams, tetras)

So no he doesn't sulk

Just wondering cos my new oscar has been sulking all day since I got him. Maybe it's just because my oscar's older than yours and is used to the tank in the lfs.

You've got some good pictures there, much better than I could have taken.
