I got a new fish

I got a new Betta and she has white spots on her face. I don't know if it's ich because it is all over her face and not on her body nor her fins. It might be old age or just how she is but idk.

can you post a picture if the fish?

is the fish in an aquarium with a filter?

can you test the water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate & pH and post the results here?
If you don't have test kits, can you take a glass full of your tank water to a petshop and get them to test it?
We would numbers like ammonia 0, nitrite 0, pH 7.6, etc. Write the results down at the shop and post them here.
