I Got A Betta

i got a betta and i have 3 dainos mix in with him

and i noticed the dainos eat all the food even the betta bits

dainos are pigs

Lol, bettas are pigs if they get the chance!

Danios are notorious fin nippers though... what size tank are your fish in?

its a 10 gallon i have 3 dainos but 1 is sick so i am putting him in another tank

dainos are nice fish tho
i dont think i will get them agian tho
but the are pretty cheap fish
like 47cents each or something

Would love to see pics of your new guy!! Just be careful though, that the danios don't nip at your bettas fins.

lol i tired but they didnt turn out so well i guess i'm not the best photographer

he moves too fast and all i get is the fins

i noticed he has been swimming alot
i have had bettas in the passed but in my 1 gallon and they didnt move much, now i have one in my 10gallon this guy is really getting a work out

does this mean anything?

one thing i have tried before is to put quite a bit of food on one side of the tank, then while the fish are busy with that, sneak some on the other side

or you could always put the betta in a different spot to feed him if he doens't eat enough
