I Found This Bug In My Tank

I have a tank with mollies and swordtails and 3 baby fish.
I check my tank all the time but have just found this bug in my tank can anybody identify it please. Would also like some info on what to do. I have removed it.

Looks like a short bodied dragonfly nymph to me , you did the right thing getting rid of it , they can prey on small fish so take them out and kill them .

I take it that it came in on a plant. I had what I thought was a dragonfly in where I had my fry a couple of weeks ago. I removed it immediately as well. Thanks for your help.
