I Found NICE betta bowls! 2.5 gallons!! =D

My local pet store will sell them to me cheap! YEEEEEEEEEEEE! It holds exactly 2 1/2 gallons! --Anyone want one? I think $10 is a fair price +shipping if you live outside of the states. (& please let me know if this sort of thread is innapropriate for this forum. I LOVE this forum and don't want to be labeled as a sales person. I just figured there might be other people who were looking for humanely sized fish bowls. Mine was living in 1 gallon before I found the bowl in the picture!

And another, to show you he's swimming and not drifting like a "cupped" fish. He's a happy betta

*EDITS* I should add that the bowl is plastic, but it's clear and looks nice (The sparkly rocks, I got at Walmart from the plant section) and the lightness alows the 10 dollars to cover shipping, if shipped within the States.

I'll call the post office right now and ask--I don't think it even weighs a pound, so I would think the shipping could be included in the 10 dollars/no charge for shipping, but let me check 1st.

I think that looks awesome. Your betta is beautiful too, of course. Great shape though...I've actually seen a silmilar idea in the housewares section of WalMart, where the pasta jars and such are kept. Not 2 1/2 gallons though, and they were glass.

Eep, sorry. You'd need to chip in 3 dollars to help with the shipping. It's actually 4 dollars for shipping but the price will cover it, and I'll buy the box (which is 1.98) I haven't thought any of this through yet, but was excited to tell you my find

13 dollars, I've just learned, will fully cover the bowl and shipping, if shipped to St. Paul, MN. Also, the petstore is mailing them to me from Denver, so I can ship it Priority mail (2-3 days) as soon as I recieve them.

Aww, That's okay--I need *one* for my other fish but have to order in bulk anyway. I can't find these things anywhere, so if you find yourself or anyone who's looking for some pls let me know.
