I Dont Know If There Is Summit Wrong With My Discus

the fish seems fine but where is there a big dark solid kinda black mark down one side
all the other fish seems fine this is the male of one of my pairs so im a bit worried never seen this before there all eating fine
as you can see this is the good and normal side

and now the other side the big block of black whats this the camera pics dont show it that well

First thing I would do would be to test your water parameters.

Amonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
PH
KH

How often do you do water changes?

How big are the water changes?

What water do you use? eg RO or Tap Water..

What exactly do you have in the tank in terms of fish?

How many discus, are they breeding or paired up? I would keep a close eye to see if the markings are changing in reaction to a look or a movement of another fish.

i havent checked the water but as just finished work
but do about 40 % water change every 4 or 5 days,
all the fish in my signature are in the tank
i use tap water which is always about 6 ph

the discus is coming to the top as normal and eating out of my hand tried searching the web for summit similar but carnt find anything

the male is always quite dark compaired to the female im hoping its nuffin and it back to normal tomorrow

NOT stress bars... usually a nerve damage/shock thing,.... thermal, pollution, running in to something ( maybe even a "stroke") etc.... bit like a concussion that causes loss of control over part of the nervous system.

Not normally serious if it recovers quickly, & nothing you can do in any case except give the best care you can

i now personly think it was a sign as had 4 fish die in 2 days
never had this before its either 2 things IMO as i got 3 new skunk corys this week and i got some free live food and plants off GILL off here

You should be doing many big water changes, to dilute what ever is in the water and reduce stress. Something obviously wrong. Why didn't you quarantine your new fish!? I would take this as a lesson learned...

Look out for signs of illness and keep us posted.

yeah i have now set up a hospital tank for future fish,
all fish seem fine now the discus were laying eggs again last night so thats a good sign
