I Dont Get It?

Ok so well my fish the other day couldnt swim, that sounds really stupid, but its true. He kept floating to the top and had to keep swimming back down, its been 2 days and now hes fine?! I dont get it, do they just miraculously recover??

A normal goldfish.

It's probably either a swim bladder problem or air in his gut from gulping at the surface.

It might a good idea to fast him one day a week and feed peas on another.
