Its belly is bulging. So I am guessing yes. I found one baby fish and he is in my baby house thing. Here is a picture of it.

The fish circled red is the one. (I know they are a little blury)

Yes she's pregnant, you can tell by her gravid patch- the dark area located towards the back of her tummy, this is actually the developing dark eyes of the fry you are seeing.

Ok, thanks. After my baby fish now is big enough to actually see with color, should I put her in the baby fish house thing? So when she has the eggs, the eggs dont get eaten or sucked up by the filter.

Guppies don't lay eggs, they're livebearers. The fry will just come out alive, and the mother is actually quite likely to eat them right away.

There are special ' livebearer breeders' which have 2 parts really, the top bit is where the mother remains, and the bottom bit is where the fry can go to hide out, personally I don't see these things do their job.

If I were you, I'd just heavily plant the aquarium the fish are in, and give the fry loads of hiding places. With guppies your tank tends to get over crowded even when you don't try to save the babies anyway.
