I am getting rid of my theadfin acara because of aggression. I think i will get rid of one more i think i will get rid of the chcolate cichlid! i have a 30 gallon with a severum,Geophagus Jurupari,female firemouth,blue acara.

30gall is a fair bit to small for what you have got in your tank atm . Check the species guide and it'll give you an idea of what each of your fish require.

Wow that is seriously overstocked, No wonder you have seen some aggression,

The Firemouth is the Only fish that is suitable for that sized tank.

Blue acaras will get to 7-8"
Severums will get to 8-10"
and the other 3 will potentially get even bigger.

Your only options are to rehome them or simply get an adequate sized tank for them,
125 to 150USG+ is the minimum tank size you will need to house all of these properly.

Definitely don't consider adding anything more
