I have a 55 gallon tank. I have lost all of my baby guppies, a few adult guppies, and some giant danios. Many of the fish in my tank are swimming around erratically. I do 1-3 30 percent water changes per week. After my last chage (Saturday), I started losing fish. I dosed my normal ferts for plants, some advanced algae destroy, etc. I had recently lost a discus who had fungus and, primarily I believe, an internal parasite. The tank was medicated with organic meds, and all the other fish were fine well after that. My danios are down to 3, acting very agressively. My rams and rummy nose tetras look ultra healthy. PH 6.5, low nitrates, 0 nitrite, 0 chlorine, I don't know what gives, and I am not medicating the tank. The danios are making quick, crazy movements, often hiting things or eachother. They seem to be stressing out the other fish.
One other thing...the danios and some of the other fish don't seem to be eating. They move around like crazy when the foods in the tank....but they never seem to get it. Some gaping is seen in two of the danios.
