Hi everyone, i am new here...but i needed somewhere for advice...i have 2 convicts...i did have alot of other fish...but i accidently killed them (a few months ago) i changed filter and one by one they all died...4weeks ago i bought the convicts Mickie and Minnie...

Sorry to hear about you losing all of your fish. If you did not transfer over any of the older filter media, it might have been the cause of the deaths.

As for your current fish, I am not sure if they are Africans or New World cichlids, but you'll no doubt find yourself frequenting one of these.

Glad to have you with us. After being on here for a time you'll no doubt be able to prevent any such catastrophes. *nods*
