So you think you are cured?? You just resisted, I wonder if you can resist the next time  and if you do let me know how it is done!

ok liz, heres a challenge for you,see how long can you resist, i thought i could resist getting a male when i got my females, it lasted a week lol, so how long do you htink you can last? :shifty:

hehehehe, I've been the same, no with bettas but with platys and mollies  ... but, yesterday I saw a beautiful super delta at a really good price :shifty:

go liz!! you can do it.. :p

Liz I'm sorry but someone needs to be your voice of reality..you CAN NOT do it. Give in and buy them anyway!! LOL. I tried this attempt and I ended up buying some from Kay instead.

But, if you fight the urge and don't do this then as was said above, tell me how you did it

they were so beautiful and so funny to watch. The breeding traps were moving everso slightly round the tank, and the 2 who had escaped were threatening the ones in the traps, not noticing they were both out of their traps :shout: :shout: then the girl put them back in their traps. no lid on any of them so they will probably all be jumped out over night

There is no cure. Sorry. I'm only on my second one (the first died) and I'm looking at tanks to cycle to rescue these water puppies from their cups.

Water puppies? HAHAHA  That's cute!

Liz~ No coverings?? MY GOODNESS, looks like they are rescues. I mean by all means if they DO jump again then they could ..........um........they could....they could fight and kill each other and you would have to hold yourself responsible for NOT buying them  poor little un-rescued rescues. Next time you go in to "look" watch them lookup you with their tiny little eyes saying "please take me home....mommy :look: "

LOL. Sorry but it's inevitable! I do not regret ANY of my little rescues at the moment. It puts a huge smile on my face every time I think of how many little girls I have. Just one little boy.............I need more boys.

Liz, I am very proud of you, especially as the shop you went to doesn't normally have such beautiful boys!
Can you resist popping to Harlestone this weekend though.... :hey:

They werent looking at me actually....they were too busy flaring...cheap as well £3.20 usually £4.99 :shifty: :shifty: :hyper: :hyper:

What if Liz doesn't have enough room for more fish, like me! In that case, she'd have to resist.

I get told "Mom you have more useless water than anyone I know and you are out of room." Solution is to start adding things to a large over sized bathtub (it is to big and takes forever to fill0 to set bowls then add some more even more useless things like houseplants around to make it look like I planned it that way. Walmart has some very nice stands that hold 3 houseplants or in my case 1 to 1 1/2 gallon betta homes. Her resistance is wearing down I can tell!!

I got no spare tanks.....we had an African land snail population explosion at school and we were giving them out to the kids and I was supplying the tanks. :good:
