I <3 Cichlids

So, I've been planning on moving all of my current fish to smaller tanks, and was hoping on converting my 100g Community Tank to a S.A tank. Reasoning? A have a Tiger Oscar, only a couple inches long, that I was supposed to be trading into the pet store. Problem is, I love him too much. I was wondering what you guys think would be a good bunch of inhabitants for this tank.

Current:

-1 Tiger Oscar 3-5''

Experience with S.A Cichlids:

-1yr

Tank:

-Water parameters fine
-Fake plants
-Plenty of hiding places
-Fairly low light
-Filters - 1 Homemade Biological filter, 2 Penguin 170's, 1 Penguin 330
-Customized corner tank

What about these guys: Silver Needle

I was wondering if a school of 3 was too much for a 100g...I think I could handle it, it's just I am an idiot, and always stick my fingers in the tank...

would probably work as long neither one is to small to be put in the other ones mouth, but i would only go for one gar and also add dithers like silver dollars.

Ok, i just seen a video of a 2400g tank that had like 15 differnt types of Cichlids in it (As well as a green sev that was bigger than the oscars!!) it even had uarus in it witch are the most none agressive large cichlids and what else did it have? hmmmmmmmm 7 thats right 7!! needle nose gars. Go for it dude.

You could add another oscar, maybe get some clown loaches.
