Hydor Koralia 1 Failure

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a problem with a Hydor Koralia 1 powerhead just failing. I purchased my first one in May this year, when I returned from holiday in August it had failed whilst I was away.
I contacted Charterhouse Aquatics who did provide a replacement at the begining of September, but on Saturday I noticed the replacement powerhead had stopped working. I changed the fuse and there was a slight sound and faint movement then nothing. Have contacted Charterhouse again, but I'm wondering if I am just very unlucky or has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Mine has been working ok for a while now, the only quirk I've had is that after a few months, the power started to get weak like yours but the strange thing is when I unplugeed it and plugged it back in the opposite way, the power came back, flipped it again in the outlet and it was really weak again. I found this very odd.
