I'm not really surprised. £20 is an absolute steal for one of those babies right now. There's some kind of problem with the suppliers and nobody can get hold of them. I've seen ebayers trying to sell them for silly prices.

DrsFosterSmith.com has them, I use to have a 300 but couldn't connect it to the sump.  These are the best heaters.  I still have mine, will probablly sell it if I can't find a use for it.

That's a US site unfortunately, it's in the UK that the supply has dried up.  We can't seem to get them here right now.
