Is it possible for a male guppy to breed with a sliver female mollie?

The fry fairly colourful!

The female was with the guppy for 6months or so, and he always mated with her!


Any ideas?

Yes, it is possible for guppies and mollies to interbreed, as well as platies and swordtails. but not guppies and platies... etc.

keep in mind, female livebearers can store sperm for i believe up to six months, so she may have had some hanging out when you got her...............
