Hyalobagrus Flavus Availability?

Good evening! Just wondering if anyone knows of the general availability of this tiny Asian catfish? I've asked around all the LFS's who have all said they'll try to get them in, every time with no luck. I noticed a few (very few) users on here own them so they must have been available at some point. Any ideas?
