Hunched Backs?

OK, in all my years of aquarium owning I've never seen anything like this. About 3 weeks ago, i got a guppy... a few days later i notices that her back was hunching, a few days later she died. Now my too swordtails back are hunching. Does anyone know what the disease is and what can be done to stop it? All water specs are perfect. Thanks

If there spines are curved it sadly sounds like fish tb.

do you know of anything i can do to get it out of the water? temp changes, water changes, some medications?

Only thing that treat fish tb is microcycline an antibiotic, if not strip the tank down and start again.
