I hate oxygen bubbles noise from powerhead of top filter and when I stop these oxygen bbubbles, water starts getting bad odour. Is it normal? How can I stoop bad odour even after stopping. Air buubles from powerhead of the top filter sobo 2500 litre per hour

It's not normal, no. Healthy tanks should either not smell at all, or have a very slight 'earthy' smell, nothing more than that.

What kinds of fish, and how many, have you got in the tank? How often do you feed them? How often (and how much) water do you change?
