i just used my testing kit for the first time

i have a 125 litre juewl rio community tank with
1 beta
3 cherry barb
4 platties
1 dwarf gourami
5 neon tetra
1 pleco
4 balck widow tetra
4 zebra danios

my results are
PH 7.8
NH3 1.0
NO2 0.25
N03 10

I have bought a product to remove mitrates and stuff from the water do i need to add any yet

The ammonia levels are a bit of a worry for me as are the nitrites. Anything much more than 0ppm will damage your fish. You need to be doing daily water changes of about 15% and testing ammonia and nitrite levels on a daily basis for the time being. If these levels exceed 0.25ppm at any point then you need to be doing another water change. Have you only recently set the tank up or just added a new group of new fish?
