I have a 56 litre (15 US gallon, 12.5 UK gallon) cube shaped tank with a fairly powerful filter with a good level of airation. The heater it working great and everything and I have:
3 Tiger Barbs,
2 Green Tiger barbs,
2 Rainbow Fish (One male, who is slightly more red than the female and larger, the female is smaller and more yellow),
2 Julii Corydoras.

Here is a video of them feeding:

I'm wondering how I'm doing stock wise. It looks like a fairly happy tank, they have plenty of room to swim around and things, and the tiger barbs occasionally have a little fight, as I have read that they do no matter what the conditions.
So, how is it? Am I full? Or would I be alright getting maybe an algae eater OR some Neon/Cardinal tetras OR a Kuhli loach?

Thanks for your time.

Oh yeah -
The local tropical fish shops don't stock Kuhli loaches. I've heard about ordering fish on the internet, is that possible?

hmmmm

ok the praecox rainbows need to be in a group of 6+, they also need a tank around 30 US gallons, the tigers likewise would be much happier in a large shoal in a large tank. I'm afraid they really aren't suitable for your tank and you should consider re-homing them. :/

the cory also needs to be in a group of 4+ so I'd advise you to try and take the fish above back to the shop and swap them for 2 more cories and maybe something else for the tank.

after these changes a group (6+) neons or cardinals would be fine. then you could get one or a pair of feature fish like the small gourami's or dwarf cichlids, then the tank would be full.

Ok, that sounds reasonable, Thanks.
