just put them all in the tank, lights off, then leave it a few hours, and you will see if they are dead...

huh?

Ok well, some bettas will leave shrimp alone, some will not!

Just float the bag, with no lights, then release them. Shrimp are quite fast anyway, so will hopefully get away fast enough. Any shrimplets though will defos become a snack. Aggression to start with is common, so just keep a close eye on them :)
