How To Use These Products?

Are these products good? How should i use them i mean when to add from them. I have platies molies shark and clown loach in my tank.
When to add from them in my tank.

Personally, I wouldn't use either of them. The only chemical you need is a dechlorinator unless you have plants and need ferts. Once you start using chemicals, you become dependent on them. The bacteria in a bottle products are all pretty much useless. And unless your tap water has very high phosphates (have you tested it), the other wouldn't benefit you at all.
