How To Use Epsom Salts To Help With Constipation? Dip Or Add To Tank?

My molly still appears to be constipated or have swim bladder disorder and I wanted to see if there's anything else I could do. Can I add epsom salt to the tank if there's already aquarium salt in it? (Heard you add about a teaspoon of epsom to 10 g tank?)

Or do I take tank water and add epsom and do some sort of dip?

Any input would be appreciate it.
