how to take care of hair grass ?

Hi im planing to get some hair grass but im not really good with taking care of plants. all i know is ill have the right watts to take care of the plant. what else should i do. and ill have some plecos and corys and they do alot of poo's dnt they so its nutrients for the plants ? what else do i need to know ?

What size is your tank?

Hairgrass (Eleocharis species) needs around 2 Watts per Gallon minimum of good fluorescent light with reflectors in a standard size tank. Tank sizes less than 15 Gallons may require more than 2 WPG.

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) injection will help a great deal and is essential with lighting over 2 WPG. A nutrient-rich substrate will benefit too.
