How To Remove Methylene Blue?

ive just spilt whole bottle of methylene blue all over the carpet and on my hands etc

whats he best way of removing it!!!

Wow it stains like hell.
Don't rub soak it up with kitchen paper it could take ages.
Not sure if you will ever get rid of the blue stain, a sit says becareful around household stuff.
