How To Post Plant?

I have some Java fern planted on bogwood that I want to post to a friend. How do I go about doing this to make sure the plant arrives in the best possible condition??

For plants on wood I'd post it bagged, in a box with space filler such as air bags etc.

That sounds sensible. How do I actually prepare the plant for the posting??

Take it out of water put it in the bag and post it's really that simple they seem to fare very well If just left as they are then sent
